1/4 c paprika
1/2 c brown sugar
3 tsp dry mustard
1 tbsp seasoned salt
1 tbsp granulated garlic
1 tbsp onion powder
1/4 c coarse ground pepper
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp cocoa
1/2 tsp clove
1/2 tsp cayenne

1 Cup Kosher salt
1 Cup Sugar
1 Gallon Water
Cover meat with brine and soak. Poultry for 2+ hours, Beef overnight.

Use on brined meat.
More salt needed for unbrined meats.
Just rub on before cooking.
