6 large juicy oranges, halved
1 large can sweet potatoes
1 small can sweet potatoes
1/8 cup brown sugar
4 tablespoons honey
1/2 stick margarine or butter
1 egg, slightly beaten
4 oz can crushed pineapple ("flat can"), drained
maraschino cherries, quartered
miniature marshmallows

Orange cup:
Squeeze the juice out of oranges (save juice). Remove and throw away the pulp. With scissors, cut edges of orange cup into "v's" for decoration.

Filling:
Drain half of the juice from the 2 cans of potatoes. Place potatoes in a bowl. Put the remaining juice in a saucepan and add brown sugar, 1/4 cup squeezed orange juice and 4 tablespoons of honey. Bring mixture to a boil while stirring. Pour this over the potatoes. Add 1/2 stick margarine or butter and 1 beaten egg. Mix well. Add crushed pineapple and 1/2 tsp salt. Mix well.

Assembly:
Lightly fill the orange cups (approximately 3/4 full but below the "V's"). Place a quartered maraschino cherry on top then place 4 miniature marshmallows around cherry. Bake at 300F until marshmallows melt.
