10 boneless chicken breasts
dash of salt
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup of cooking oil
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
5 cups of milk
1 cup dry white wine
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken breasts
Dip breast in beaten egg, then dip in breadcrumbs
Brown breaded chicken in oil and set aside
In saucepan, combine butter, flour, salt, pepper, milk and wine. Cook and stir
In glass baking dish pour 1/2 the sauce. Add cutlets. top with remaining sauce
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake in oven @ 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
