CAKE:
1 package yellow cake mix
1 package lemon jello
4 eggs
2/3 cup water
2/3 cup oil
1 teaspoon lemon extract

GLAZE:
1 cup confectioners sugar
Juice from 1 lemon
Grated lemon rind

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour a bundt pan or 13 x 9 inch pan.

Combine all ingredients and mix with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes (13 x 9 inch pan) or 45-50 minutes (bundt pan). Remove bundt cake from pan after 15 minutes. When the cake has cooled slightly but is still warm, poke holes in cake with a tooth pick and pour glaze (made by combining sugar, lemon juice and rind) over cake, allowing it to seep into the cake.
