Grand Marnier Cake Recipe

1 c margarine 2 c sugar
2 c flour 2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt
1 c sour cream 1 tsp vanilla
1 T Grand Marnier 1 c pecans, chopped
4 T butter 1/3 c Grand Marnier

1. Cream margarine and sugar and then add eggs.
2. Combine dry ingredients.
3. Combine sour cream, vanilla and Grand Marnier and mix well.
4 Alternately add sour cream mixture and dry ingredients to egg mixture. Mix well. Fold in nuts. pour into well greased and floured bundt pan.
5. Bake at 350 for 60-65 min. Cool 10 min. Prick evenly over top with fork. Combine butter and Grand Marnier and pour over cake. Cool 30 more min. and then turn out onto serving platter.
