1 box vanilla instant pudding
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
6 oz. chocolate morsels
1 bar German Chocolate (grated)
8 oz. cream cheese
4 eggs

Combine all ingredients. Pour into a greased bundt cake plan. Bake at 350º for 1 hour
