1 large crust, partly baked ( 8-10 minutes)
1 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
½ cup cream 35%
½ cup maple syrup
Directions:
Directions:
Combine brown sugar, eggs, cream and maple syrup.

Pour the mixture into the crust (covered with ½ cup of crush walnuts, if you like).

Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes or until the center is solid.
