3 packages of lemon Jello
4 cups of tomato juice
1/2 cup vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
4 cups (combined) chopped onion, green pepper and celery

Directions:
Directions:
Combine tomato juice with vinegar. Heat. Add jello and stir until dissolved. Chill until partially set.

Add chopped vegetables to the Jello mixture. Pour into mold and return to refrigerate until set. Serve with mayonnaise.
