3/4 pound zucchini squash
3/4 pound yellow squash
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup salad oil
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Wash squash and cut crosswise into 1/2 inch slices.

Saute squash and onion in hot oil for 5 minutes. Add wine, lemon juice, salt, and water. Simmer covered for 5 minutes. Add walnuts and serve.
