2 cans French cut green beans
1 small package of frozen baby lima beans, cooked
1 can of baby green peas

SAUCE:
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 small onion, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, chopped

TOPPING:
Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Combine vegetables. Layer one half of the vegetables and sauce in a large casserole dish, beginning with vegetables and ending with sauce; repeat. Top mixed with crushed Ritz crackers. Bake for 45 minutes.
