2 packages (8oz) each cream cheese-softened,
1 can (81/2 oz) crushed pineapple, drained,
2 cup chopped walnuts,
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper,
2 tblsp finely chopped onion,
salt & pepper,
maraschino cherries,
sprig of parsley

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl mash cheese with fork till smooth. Mix in crushed pineapple, 1 cup nuts, onion, green pepper, salt & pepper. Shape into ball. Roll cheese ball in 1 cup chopped nuts till covered. Wrap in Saran Wrap & put into fridge over night. TO serve: place on tray or plate, put cherries & some pineapple slices around it, add parsley sprig on top!
