1 1/4 ground chuck
1 oz taco seasoning
1 can cream of onion soup
1 10oz can enchilada sauce
10 lg flour tortillas (14.1 oz bag)
12 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup water

Prepare Ground Chuck to Taco Packaging
9 1/2 x 13 pan
Mix soup with sauce and water
Cover bottem of pan with scoop of sauce
layer 2 tortillas on top
cover with sauce
meat and 1/5 of the cheese
REPEAT 4 TIMES
On Top: rest of sauce, 2 shells and cover with cheese
Cover pan with Foil
Bake at 350º for 20 minutes
Let stand for 5 minutes
