2 1/2 lb lean pork tenderloin(or two 1 1/4 lb pieces)
1/2 c reduced -calorie pancake syrup
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp black ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine syrup, mustard, cloves, ginger, salt, cinnamon and pepper in a large ziplock plastic bag. Trim all visible fat and cut pork tenderloin into 1 1/2 inch slices. Place in bag and coat tenderloin. Place tenderloin in baking dish and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
