1 lb. large elbow macarroni, cooked
6 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 eggs
2 tsp. butter
2 Tbsp. hot water
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 cups warm milk
2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix hot water, butter, dry mustard, and salt. Add eggs and mix well.
2. Add warm milk.
3. Rinse cooked macarroni in cold water and add to mixture.
4. Stir in 5 1/2 cups of cheese; saving 1/2 for topping.
5. Put all in a well buttered casserole dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
6. Can be covered with foil and placed in fridge overnnight.
7. Bake uncovered at 350º for one hour or until crispy on top.
