1 1/2 stick butter, melted 1 1/2 c flour
1 c nuts 3/4 c powdered sugar 1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened 1/2 c cool whip 3 c milk 2 pkg lemon instant pudding 1 qt size cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine butter flour and nuts, prss into 9" X 13" pan and bake at 350º for 20 min. Cool
2. Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar, then add 1 1/2 c cool whip. Stir well and spread over cooled crust.
3. Mix lemon pudding with milk and blend with beater. Pour over cream cheese and cover with cool whip. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
