2 cups warm water
2 pkg dry yeast
1/2 cup sugar

2 tsp salt
1/4 cup canola oil
1 egg
6 1/2 - 7 cups of flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first three ingredients and set aside and allow to become frothy. Combine next three ingredients. Combine all together and then mix in flour. Let rise until double. Shape into rolls and then let rise again. Bake 400º 12-15 minutes.
