Ingredients:  
1 cup flour
1/2 cup salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 cup water
1 tbsp. cooking oil
food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy saucepan, mix dry ingredients together. Add oil, water and the food coloring of your choice. Cook for 3 minutes on low heat until mixture pulls away from sides. Knead lightly while still warm. Store in a ziploc bag.
