3 T vegetable oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced.

4 C chicken broth
1 14 0z can stewed tomatoes
1 lb can corn
1 lb can kidney beans
20 quartered green olives
1 C diced, cooked chicken
1tsp celery salt
4 tsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions:

Heat oil in a saucepan on stove top and add onion, celery, green pepper, and garlic. Add the rest of the ingredients and seasonings. Simmer for 20 minutes. Garnish with broken tortilla chips and jalapeno jack cheese.
