1 lb ground buffalo (or beef)
1/2 c bread crumbs
3 T catsup
2 T mustard
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
2 1/2 T brown sugar
3 T red wine vinegar
2 tsp minced garlic
2 T chopped onion
sm. can mushrooms
1/4 c grated cheese
1/3 c water
chopped bell pepper & celery optional

Mix all ingredients well. Spray a 9 inch cast iron skillet with oil. Pat meat mixture into skillet evenly and bake at 375 for 45 to 50 min., until top is very brown.
