1 medium onion, chopped
3 1/2 lbs extra lean ground beef
2 jars chili sauce
1 large can tomato paste
6 dashes of Texas Pete hot sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 T. sugar
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp chili powder
2 T. ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Chop and brown ground beef. Drain any excess fat. Add onions and saute until onions are clear. Add all other ingredients, adding more or less to the above measurements for your taste. Add just enough water to rinse out the chili sauce bottles, and for your desired consistency. Simmer on low for 1 hour.
