Ingredients:  
1/2 C. soy sauce
1/4 C. cooking oil
3 T. brown sugar
3 tsp garlic powder
3 tsp ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour over meat. Refrigerate and marinate in a Ziploc bag at least 2 to 3 hours, turning over once in the bag. Remove meat from bag and grill.

This marinade can be used on all meats and some fish, but is especially good on boneless pork chops. This recipe was also contributed by Helen Cannady.
