Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Kosher chub(12 oz.) Bologna
1/3 C. Honey
3T. mustard(I use the plain yellow French")
1/2 C.Orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
I like to use the 12oz. chub of kosher bologna, because it comes out in small serving slices when you serve,This size is hard to find, so start early in search, or just use a large kosher bologna that is cut and left whole.
Remove the outside covering, and score about three big "Xs" on each side.
In a small pot, heat the orange juice, honey, and mustard to a boil,
Pour liquid over bologna, trying to get in the slots.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 30min. Then slice in semi-thick slices. I use this dish for Break-Fast, or as an appetizer
