Dry ingredients
1 cup of baking mix
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 box of instant vanilla pudding

In a blender
3 omega 3 eggs
1 cup of half and half
1 teaspoon of vanilla

In a 9 inch skillet
4 anjou pears, peeled and sliced
4 tablespoons of butter
1 whole nutmeg, with grater
2 tablespoons of amber agave nectar

In a 9 inch tart pan with removable bottom
6 tablespoons of butter
Sprinkler of confectioners sugar
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and place tart pan in oven with butter to melt.

1. Saute pears, agave nectar, and nutmeg in butter until tender crisp.
2. Blend eggs, vanilla, and half and half. 3. Add baking mix with cinnamon and vanilla pudding and blend until well mixed. 4. Pour batter into tart pan. 5. Top with fresh pears. 6. Cook for 25 minutes until golden brown. 7. Serve with confectioners sugar and Grade B Maple syrup or enjoy just as they are.
