12 eggs

2 cups of flour

1/2 cup of Crisco
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 egg
1/4 cup of milk

Start with the filling and beat the ricotta, sugar, baking powder, and vanilla until smooth. Beat eggs in one a time and let stand. In a separate bowl, start with the crust ingredients. Mix together the flour, sugar, Crisco, and baking powder. Then beat together the egg, milk and vanilla and then add to the other crust mixture. Roll the dough out like pie crust. Put dough in a 8x13 rectangle pan or 10" glass pie plate and fill halfway to the top with filling. Then make a lattice on the top with dough. Bake at 350 for one hour.
