1/3 c. butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. Zwieback crumbs
2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) softened cream cheese
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. whipped cream
2 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. shaved semi-sweet chocolate

1. Melt butter is small saucepan; stir in 2 tbsp. sugar and crumbs. Press mixture on bottom and 2 inches up the sides of an 8 inch springform pan; refrigerate

2. Beat cream cheese until smooth; add 1 1/4 c. sugar and cocoa. Then 1 tsp. vanilla and eggs. Pour onto refrigerated crust. Bake at 375º for 25 minutes.

3. Remove, but leave oven on. Combine sour cream, 2 Tbsp. sugar, and 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Spread over the top of baked filling, bake 10 minutes longer.

4. Cool on wire rack. Chill Thoroughly. Remove cake from sides of pan. Garnish with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
