1/2 purple onion, diced (use onion to taste)
1 jar Maritzzis Cole Slaw Dressing
4 healthy shakes of celery salt

Mix all of the ingredients together. Let the mixture "cook" in the refridgerater overnight.

The secret to good coleslaw is letting it sit for 8 - 10 hours or overnight. Brocoli-slaw can be substituted for one of the bags of coleslaw to make it extra healthy.
