CAKE:
1 yellow cake mix
1/4 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
3/4 C water
1 large package instant vanilla pudding
2 eggs
1 15oz can pumpkin

FROSTING:
1/2 pt whip cream
1/2 C brown sugar
1 8oz container Cool Whip
1 crushed English toffee bar

Directions:

CAKE:
Mix all ingredients together on medium speed for 2 minutes with an electric beater.
Pour into greased cooling sheet.
Bake at 350º for 35 minutes or until cooked all the way through when checked with a toothpick.

FROSTING:
Beat whip cream and brown sugar together until stiff.
Fold in Cool Whip
Frost cake and top with english toffee bits.
