1 lb deli sliced corned beef, diced
1/2 lb swiss cheese
1 lb sour kraut
1 1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/4 cup mayonaise
1 big tbsp horseradish
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 small onion, diced

Directions:

Mix all of the ingredients together and pour into an oven safe dish. Bake at 325º for 30 minutes. serve with mini slices of rye bread or hearty crackers.
