2 lb. Stew Meat
1 c. chopped onions
2 c. potatoes-(medium chunked)
2 c. carrots-chopped
2 c. celery-chopped
2 tsp salt (optional)
Black pepper
5 tbsp dry tapioca pudding
1 tsp sugar
3 cups V-8 juice

Layer meat and vegetables in order listed, starting with the stew meat on bottom in dutch oven---Sprinkle dry ingd. over top-Pour V-8 juice over all---DO NOT STIR----Cover and bake for 5 hours in 250 oven----

This makes a delicious pot of stew, easy can be put in oven and forget it for 5 hours---Could probably be made in crock pot---I haven't tried
