2 Lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed)
1/2 cup chopped onions-lightly sauteed
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic
8 oz. shredded chedder cheese
1 stick of melted butter

1/2 stick melted butter
1 cup corn flake crumbs

Method:
Combine first 6 ingredients, mixing well.
Place in 10 x 13 baking pan.
Top with corn flake crumb melted butter mixture.

Mix hash browns, onion, sour cream, soup, cheese and butter together and pour into desired baking pan. (1 large or 2 small because its great to freeze after baking)
Top with corn flake/butter mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees - 45 minutes to 1 hour until topping is golden and casserole appears bubbly !
