2 T Yeast
1/2 C warm Water
2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Ginger
2 C Cottage Cheese
2 T Vegetable Oil
4 T Sugar
2 T Onion, finely chopped
4 T Dill Seed
1/2 tsp Soda
2 Eggs
5 C Flour
2 tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients; let set.
Mix the cottage cheese, sugar, oil, onion, dill seed, soda, and eggs.
Add the yeast mixture and beat well.
Add the flour and let rise until double in bulk.
Punch down, divide into four small loaves and let dough rise again.
Bake in a 350º oven for 30 minutes.
Spread butter over the tops of loaves.
