10 Eggs
1/2 C Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 pt. small curd cottage cheese
1 lb Jack Cheese, grated
1/2 C melted Butter
1 or 2 (4 oz) cans diced Green Chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs then add flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, and butter.
Stir in cheese and chilies.
Pour into a buttered 9x13 baking pan.
Bake at 350º for 35 to 40 minutes.
Top should be a bit brown and the center set.
