CRUST:
1/2 C melted Butter
1/4 C chopped Pecans

FILLING:
3 8 oz packages of Cream Cheese
1 1/2 C Sugar
4 Eggs
1 pt. Sour Cream
1/2 pt. Heavy Cream
2 T. Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:

CRUST:
Mix ingredients together and pat into bottom and sides of a 9 inch spring form pan.
Bake at 350º for 15 minutes.
Cool.

FILLING:
Blend sugar and cream cheese then add eggs one at a time beating well after each egg.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into cooled crust.
Bake at 350º for one hour.
Turn off oven and let sit with oven door closed one hour; open door of oven and let sit in oven 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Serve with favorite topping.
