7 slices of bread (wheat & white)
1 pan corn bread
1 lg white onion, chopped, sauted
2 lbs Owen's hot sausage
6 raw eggs
6 boiled eggs - chopped
2 1/2 - 14 oz cans of chicken broth
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1 1/2 tsp sage
1/4 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Set out bread 2-3 days early so they get hard. Crumble the bread up.

Make the corn bread the day before the meal. Leave sitting out to get hard.

Crumble both kinds of bread.

Brown and crumble sausage - drain.

Mix all the ingredients together really well.

Spray pan with Pam.

Cook 45 minutes to 1 hour on 350 degrees.
