Ingredients: 4 to 5 skinless, boneless chicken breasts 1/3 cup Dijon-style mustard 3 Tbsp honey 2 Tbsp fat-free mayonaise 1 Tsp steak sause (A-1)

Directions: |
Directions:Wash chicken breast and pat dry with paper towels. In large bowl, combine mustard, honey, fat-free mayo and steak sauce. Stir well to blend. Pour half of honey mustard sauce in a microwave safe dish & set aside.
Dip chicken into remaining sauce and coat completely. Cook over low heat on grill, approximately 9 minutes per side or until cooked through. Baste occasionally with excess sauce but watch carefully so it doesn't burn. When chicken is done, heat reserved sauce 1 to 1 1/2 minutes in microwave and use as dipping sauce on side.
If you don't have time to grill you can bake in 350` oven for 25 to 30 minutes. |
