4 to 5 boneless pork chops
1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
1 medium onion, chopped*
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
1 bottle (18 oz) honey-mustard barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork chops in greased 41/2 to 6 quart slow cooker. Sprinkle bell pepper and onion over meat. Spread drained pineapple over top. Pour barbecue sauce evenly over pineapple. Cover and cook on low heat 6-8 hours or on high heat 3-4 hours. Cut meat into chunks.

Serve over hot cooked brown rice with a green salad topped with mandarin oranges and toasted silvered almonds.
