1 can Cream of shrimp soup
6 oz. cream cheese
2 packets of plain knox gelatin
3/4 cup mayonaise
2 tsp. ketchup
1 tsp. tabasco
1 tsp. worchestire sauce
2 cups of seansoned boiled shrimp or 1 can drained broken shrimp. cut up small. I use my mini -processor.
3/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green onion

Heat soup until boiling. Turn off heat and add cream cheese & beat. Mix gelatin in 1/2 cup warm water. add together. Add other ingredients & mix. Grease a mold ( I have a tupperware one) with mayonaise and pour mixture into it. Chill. Take out of refrigerator 1/2 hour before removing from the mold. Make the night before. Serve with a variety of crackers, looks nice sitting on top of fancy lettuce leaves.
