Use a sauce pan heat @ med temp
cut a hole in the center of the bread slices
add butter gradually into sauce pan and allow butter to melt, place bread slice into pan, toasting each side lightly. crack entire egg into the center of lightly toasted bread until cooked to your liking, flip entire toasted bread slice with egg on other side, salt and pepper to your liking and serve with your choice of bacon or sausage, sprinkle your choice of cheese
