1 can pineapple
enough frozen meatballs to cover a 9x13 pan
2/3 cup pineapple juice(from can)
1 C brown sugar
1 Tlbs soy sauce
1/2 C ketchup
1/3 C white vinegar
2 Tlbs corn starch
4 Tlbs water

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º cover bottom of 9x13 pan with frozen meatballs. (i use costco brand). Drain pineapple juice reserve 2/3 cup. Put pineapple chunks over meatballs. In a sauce pan mix pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, and vinegar. Bring to a boil. In a small cup dissolve corn starch in water. stir into mixture till thickens a little bit. Pour over meatballs. Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
