6 cups water
1 1/2 cups grits
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon garlic minced or 1-2 cloves pressed
1 tablespoon yelloe onion, minced
8 ounces Velveeta, cubed
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350º. Bring Water to boil. Add grits and return to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add all other ingredients. Bake covered for 45 minutes, stir midway.
