Start to Finish 35 minutes

1 tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. chili powder
tsp. ground cumin
1 tilapia or cod fillet
2 whole wheat tortillas
cup shredded dark salad greens
black beans (from a 15oz can, drained)
2 tbsp. chopped seeded tomatoes
2 tbsp. shredded reduced-fat Cheddar Cheese
2 tbsp. reduced-fat sour cream, if desired
1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

1.) In pint-size heavy-duty reseal able food-storage plastic bag, mix lime juice, chili powder and cumin. Add fish; seal bag. Turn bag several times to coat fish with marinade. Refrigerate 15-30 minutes.

2.) Heat gas or charcoal grill. Carefully brush oil on grill rack. Place fish on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 4-6 minutes, turning after 2 minutes, until fish flakes easily with fork.

3.) Cut fish into bite-size pieces. Divide fish between tortillas; fill with remaining ingredients.
