Start to Finish 5 minutes

1 cup frozen blueberries or raspberries
1 ¼ skim milk
1 container fat free vanilla yogurt
Honey if desired
Protein powder, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
1.) In blender, place blueberries, milk and yogurt. Cover and blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth. Sweeten to taste with honey.

2.) Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
