4 Bone-in pork chops, trimmed of fat
2 tsp. salt-free extra-spicy seasoning blend
2 tsp. olive oil
½ medium onion, sliced
1 jalapeño, seeded, chopped
1 can diced tomatoes, undrained

1.) Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with seasoning blend. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and jalapeño; cook about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly tender. Push mixture to one side of skillet.

2.) Add pork to other side of skillet. Cook about 3 minutes, turning once, until browned. Add tomatoes. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover, cook 4-8 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center.
