2 Heads Broccoli
1 c. Mozzarella Cheese - Shredded
3 Chopped Scallions
1/2 lb. Bacon - Crumbled

For The Dressing:
1 c. Mayonnaise
1/4 c. Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 c. Sugar

Mix the dressing before serving. Toss with broccoli and scallions then top with bacon.
