2 pkgs. Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 pkgs. (8 oz) Cream Cheese
1 tsp. Cinnamon
2 Eggs, Separated
1/4 c. melted Butter
1-3/4 c. Sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven 350º

Put one pkg. of crescent roll into bottom of an ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Combine cream cheese, egg yolks, one cup of sugar & vanilla. Beat until smooth. Spread over dough in pan. Put remaining dough over cream cheese mixture. Beat egg whites slightly and brush over pastry. Mix remaining 3/4 c. sugar, cinnamon & butter. Spread over top. Bake for 30 min. at 350*. Serve warm.
