Brown Sugar
Ground Cloves
Butter

Directions:
Boil corned beef per recipe on package.

Place on a rack in a baking dish and cover with the brown sugar, ground cloves and dabs of butter.

Bake at 350º for one half hour.

Bill Davis brought this recipe up North to Lake Tecon with him from Charleston, South Carolina.

This is a wonderful way to prepare corned beef. The flavors are great and the corned beef just falls apart after baking.
