4-6 cans cooked beans, drained (black, pinto, kidney, etc)
Boneless chicken cut into chunks (amount depends on how meaty you like your soup)
1 big can enchilada sauce
Fresh chopped cilantro
Diced onion
Corn, if desired

Top with:
Grated cheese, sour cream, chopped onion, tortilla chips
