Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 lbs. stew beef, cubed
1 bag baby carrots
3 stalks celery, chopped in 1/4" pieces
3 large onions, sliced
4-8 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2-1 bag frozen peas
1/2-1 bag frozen corn
3 cloves garlic, minced or crushed
1 can crushed tomatoes (28 oz.)
1 c. beef broth
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 bay leaves
1 tbsp. paprika
pinch brown sugar
4 shots kitchen bouquet

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour, salt and pepper in plastic bag and toss 'till coated. Combine all ingredients in crock pot EXCEPT peas and corn. Add those the last hour or just before serving.
Cook on low for 10 hours or high for 6 hours. (Or a combo thereof, depending on your crock pot).
The lid may not fit over all but it will eventually boil down and close.
If you're home while it's cooking, remove liquid as it reaches top as needed and place in pan on slow boil. To be served with meal or save for leftovers.
If you're not at home, reduce liquid by using canned tomatoes instead of crushed and reduce beef broth by 1/2.
