21 graham crackers, rolled fine
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted

3 cups milk
1 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
2 T corn starch
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Line 9"x13" pan with the graham cracker & butter mixture. Keep a few crumbs for the top. Heat milk in top of double boiler. Mix the next ingredients & add to milk & cook until thick. Add vanilla & pour into pan. Sprinkle with coconut. Beat egg whites & put on top of custard . Sprinkle with the few remaining graham cracker crumbs. Brown in oven.
