2 cups of sugar
1 cup butter-soften
15 ounces of Ricotta Cheese
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs
4 cups of flour
2 Tablespoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 can of vanilla frosting
sprinkles to add on top of cookies

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and butter until blended. Beat in ricotta cheese, vanilla and eggs. Beat in flour, baking powder and salt.Put onto ungreased cookie sheets
bake at 350º for about 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool. Ice and Decorate.
